Melodic and Jazzy sounds combined with outrageously funky drum patterns is what signifies the production style of Landover Maryland’s most underrated beatmaker/rapper Kev Brown. After droppin underground gems like 2005’s “I Do What I Do” and last years “Selective Hearing” (with LMNO) Kev has created quite a buzz in the underground. And now his latest project is released with the help of the Washington D.C. based hip hop collective, Low Budget Productions. The EP was released early summer and it’s available through online music stores, the CD just dropped this week. Check out the video for “The Random Joint” taken from the EP below.
