Canadian group “Notes To Self” is definietly something new. The formula is real simple; combining classic flows & boom bap beats with technical cuts & scratches on top. Even so, the group still manages to bring something new and very interesting to the table. The group consists of Rappers Roshin & Swamp Donkey, producer Bronze One, designer Elicser and former DMC World Champion DJ Dopey. The debut album “A Shot In The Dark” is out and was released worldwide on BBE records this summer. Check out the video for track; “Yellow & Grey -Remix Feat. Dilated Peoples” below.
